Plan Wisely

Hey gang. How have you all been? I wasn’t here to wish you a Merry Christmas but I’m here to wish you all a happy, prosperous and successful 2018. The last few weeks have been hectic for me but at last I can finally breathe without my chest feeling heavy or my shoulders slumping with the weight of tasks needed to be complete before a certain period. I plan to delegate my time wisely come this new year. The advice to myself come January is ‘plan wisely’. Hopefully I can live up to my resolutions for once. In the meantime, I must let you know I’ve started work on a new manuscript and it is halfway done. I’m targeting the Harlequin Presents line, because, in case you didn’t know I’m obsessed with the stories in this line. I’ve also plotted another HP which I intend to start working on on January 1st. Then I also plan to whip another 50k manuscript into shape and hopefully submit to Harlequin. Here’s hoping I haven’t bitten off more than I can chew. It’s early in the evening as I type this and the weather sucks. The rain has been pouring nonstop and we haven’t seen the sun in three days!! Climate change? Anyways, I’m leaving you with a snippet from the manuscript I’m currently working on. AND, I’m back to blogging on a regular basis. New reviews have been scheduled and new books have been added to my tbr. Now, cheers to 2018 and enjoy the snippet!
